WHO/WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO PURSUE SALES RECRUITING?
After 20 years as a direct quota-carrying seller, I wanted to try something a bit different. I saw a lot of parallels between the sales process I follow and the RevsUp recruiting process and core values.
Helping both candidates and clients meet their personal and business objectives is very rewarding.
WHAT DO YOU DO AT REVSUP & HOW LONG HAVE YOU WORKED HERE?
I am a sales recruiter working with high-potential SaaS companies looking to fill client-facing sales roles. My job is to understand our clients’ requirements and find top talent to meet them.
I have been with RevsUp for 3 years.
WHAT HAVE BEEN YOUR MOST SIGNIFICANT ACHIEVEMENTS SINCE WORKING HERE?
I was originally hired to help our founder, Mark DeChant, keep up with his fast-growing business.
I’ve had the opportunity to be part of that continued growth and going into 2023, RevsUp has taken another step with the Recruitment Entrepreneur partnership.

- I am fluent in French and Spanish (at a tourist level)
- I support all AZ teams in the Phoenix metro area
