THE DISCOVERY CALL

We begin every engagement by conducting a thorough discovery call, in-person or via Zoom, with the hiring manager(s) for each role. We capture your ideal candidate profile, including the critical characteristics that will ensure someone is a proper cultural fit.

We sat in your seat for 15 to 25+ years before joining RevsUp, so our questions go much deeper than what a standard recruiter might ask.

MARKETING YOUR ROLES

We create the most candidate-friendly job descriptions you’ll ever read (ask us for a sample), which we use to market your opportunities to targeted, passive candidates in the RevsUp network.

More than 500,000 people interact with RevsUp content each month, but these are truly targeted interactions. Since our inception in 2015 RevsUp has never sent a mass email — not one.

SOURCING & SCREENING

Using the unique, hard-to-replicate sourcing methodology created by our founder (and outlined in his book The $500K Sales Recruiter), our talent agents engage only those candidates who match the exact requirements you outlined during the discovery process.

Then, using many of the principals found in the best-selling book Topgrading for Sales, we qualify or disqualify each candidate over a series of 1-on-1 interactions.

RevsUp provides a five-person, U.S.-based customer success team with every engagement, so your team can focus on other priorities.

From initial presentation, to interview scheduling, to helping you close a candidate for an offer letter, RevsUp provides enterprise-quality service levels and attention to detail. And we always work within your preferred process, of course.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

Every engagement is led by one of our partners, each a former sales leader who hired hundreds of people in the field before joining RevsUp. In addition to a partner, your engagement will be led by a five-person RevsUp customer success team that includes a Customer Success Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, Lead Recruiter, and at least one other Recruiter.
